Daniel is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association. He also holds a specialty certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, and TRX TEAM Instructor. His passion for fitness started when he was a young adult. When he moved to Saskatoon 10 years ago he wanted to make a positive change in his life and wanted to improve his quality of life. He believes that everyone should be active and physically fit.  He is extremely passionate about helping others to achieve their fitness goals (big or small). His focus on teaching proper form, posture, and balance helps ensure client’s body and spatial awareness while exercising. Daniel aims to educate his clients and help them obtain positive behavior changes, and create lifelong healthy habits.

Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-CPT). He also is a certified Functional Aging Specialist from the Functional Aging Institute (FAI) which adds an additional layer of expertise in dealing with older clients’ goals, injuries, and lifestyles. In addition, he has recently completed his Precision Nutrition Level 1 course (Pn1) which enables him to offer nutritional guidance in making lifestyle and behaviour changes that are simple and sustainable. His practical experience involves multiple Powerlifting competitions, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions, and over 9 years of general lifting experience in the gym. Chris aims to give each client the tools and programming necessary to achieve their goals in the safest, most sustainable way possible. All while making training fun and helping the client understand WHY they are doing their particular type of training.
