Ladies — boost your health and well-being in our private, supportive female-only studio complete with free weights, motion strength, and cardio equipment.

After sweating the day off on the cardio equipment, build muscle and strength with the free weights and motion strength machines. Cool down by dropping in on a spin class. Before leaving, visitors can get their tan on with Mawson’s Coco Cabana tanning beds.

Once your workout is done, refuel with a protein rich smoothie or healthy prepared meal that fits your macros from our front desk!
