The Little Black Dress Meal Plan:

6-weeks of a cleanwhole foods meal plan that is designed to cleanse a woman’s body and turn it into a high energy machine that you can be PROUD of. You will rid your body of sugar cravings, rev up your metabolism, and give you the ENERGY to take on the world.

  • Our Precision Nutrition Cookbook (simple & fast recipe deliciousness)
  • Daily Journal for you to log all your food and reflections.
  • Weekly Print-and-Go Grocery Lists to make your life easy
  • Complete Food Exchange List so you can swap for some of your favorite foods.

Our Signature Mawson Health and Fitness Workouts:

Our training is designed to help you look AMAZING in that little black dress/suit! We have created a 12 session workout that will help you tone and build strength. We will work you hard without hurting you; we will challenge all aspects of your functional abilities (things you do in everyday life); we will keep you challenged as you progressively get fitter and stronger.

  • Two 60-minute Personalized Small Group Training Sessions Per Week – for 6 weeks. With only 2 clients in a group, we have created 3 time slots that you can choose from, it’s easy to make the time for your workouts.
  • Full access to training studio to workout on days you don’t train with us.
  • fun and supportive environment that will help ease some of the nerves and intimidation that come from trying something new.
  • Access to Mawson Health and Fitness’ Group Fitness class schedule to help you aid in your fitness journey.

…is our weekly LBD habit-building blast of inspirationmotivationand tips & tricks to help you to stay on track with the program. PRICELESS!
